For this project, I was tasked with creating tables and a chart on MS excel that would provide insights into sales for a small retail bike shop. I used data provided to me in the instructions to create the tables needed to answer questions, such as which product is the most profitable and how rent and utility costs can affect the business’s net income or loss. 

Completion of this project provided me with knowledge into how factors, such as markup percentage, rent, and utility bills affect the overall performance of the business. I also reviewed the decision-making processes to recommend the course of action that would proves most profitable for the company. By changing different factors, I was able to discover that the most profitable bike was overwhelmingly the PXT by GBI. I created a chart to visually demonstrate the performance of each bike being sold.
